Conditions for workers abroad, vocational training and attracting Uzbek citizens to jobs in high demand in Germany were discussed there.
Today, medical specialists from Uzbekistan are working in Germany. It was noted that there is still a great demand for labor force in this direction. It was noted that more than 1,000 hospitals in Germany lack medical personnel, and Uzbekistan is ready to fill this gap.
However, it has been suggested that this process is being slowed down by language problems and that language requirements should be relaxed. In particular, it was stated that it is necessary to shorten the duration of German language courses.
At the meeting, it was mentioned that there is a great demand for mechatronics, logistics, and truck drivers in metal processing enterprises, not only in the medical field. It was agreed to develop the legal framework for the faster implementation of all agreements.
