Shavkat Mirziyoyev to visit Russia for CIS and EAEU summit meetings
At the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to the city of St. Petersburg on December 25-26 to attend high-level summits.

The Uzbek leader will participate an informal meeting of the heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the regular session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in an observer capacity.
The summit agendas include pressing issues aimed at further expanding mutually beneficial cooperation within the frameworks of these multilateral organizations.
The key results of joint efforts will be reviewed, and views will be exchanged on priority areas for practical cooperation in the coming year.
