The following will be officially approved:

  • Requirements for the material and technical equipment of preschool educational institutions;
  • Requirements for the material and technical equipment of general secondary schools;
  • Requirements for the material and technical equipment of extracurricular educational institutions.

These standards will serve as the basis for developing regulations on equipping preschool, general secondary, and extracurricular educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as educational institutions) with material and technical resources.

For non-state (private) preschool, general secondary, and extracurricular educational institutions, these requirements will be advisory in nature, and equipping them will be carried out in accordance with licensing requirements and conditions.

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education is expected to approve a ministerial order by December 1, 2025, which will establish these standards and coordinate them with relevant ministries and agencies.

The Republican Scientific-Methodological Center for Education Development will be recommended to:

  • Study the efficiency of using material and technical resources in educational institutions based on international best practices;
  • Develop and implement methodological recommendations, guidelines, and instructions on the use of modern educational technologies and advanced achievements in science and education when utilizing equipment in educational institutions.
